Recruitment Drive at Bahria University and SZABIST

In continuation of IBEX Global Recruitment Drive initiatives, Talent Acquisition Team Islamabad actively participated in the job fairs organized at Bahria University and SZABIST (Islamabad Campus). At both universities, we saw phenomenal participation, not only by the enrolled students, but also, by the alumni, who exhibited a keen interest in becoming a part of the IBEX family.

During the interaction at the job fairs with the multitude of students and members of alumni, we talked about the scope and dynamics of IBEX Business along with future growth prospects of the BPO industry. We found the participants of both events to be highly motivated towards their professional lives in the making, and yearning to step into the world of endless possibilities: the IBEX Global. Coupled with on-site interviews conducted at the job fairs, the participants were presented with the strategic roadmap encompassing “what’s it like to work for IBEX and where they will be standing in terms of growth in the years to come” after joining our esteemed ranks.

At the heart of our recruitment efforts is the game plan of identifying, onboarding, fine-tuning and retaining budding talent of the youth of today, and undoubtedly, IBEX’s presence at events like these is a true manifestation of our targeted initiatives to actualize this game plan.
